By using SheetJP (sheetjp.com) you agree to these terms. Please read them before purchasing a report or a specialist search, or using our tools.
The services
Instant verification retrieves an original Japanese auction sheet when the listing lookup returns a strong match for the chassis number you provide. Price shown at checkout (currently $10 USD). Delivery is typically minutes, on-screen and by email.
Specialist archive search is a separate product (currently $75 USD). A person on our team searches beyond the instant database after an eligible miss. It is a search, not a guaranteed sheet. Typical email is 24–48 hours. Conditions: specialist search.
We source records from third-party auction data and archives and present them without alteration. We also offer free educational tools and content. Those tools are general guidance only — not legal, customs, or financial advice.
Accuracy of information
Auction sheets are prepared by third-party inspectors in Japan. We do not create, edit, or guarantee the underlying data and are not responsible for errors, omissions, or grading decisions made by auction houses. Reports and archive extracts are for your own due diligence.
Payment
Payments are processed via Stripe. Promo codes entered in Stripe Checkout may reduce or waive the price when valid. Instant lookup: if we cannot sell a sheet, you are not charged $10. Specialist search is charged when you complete checkout for that product.
Specialist search — specific terms
- Offered only after a finished instant lookup of a complete Japanese frame number that we will not auto-sell.
- 24–48 hours is a typical target, not a penalty SLA and not a promise a sheet exists.
- We may deliver a partial record. That counts as performance of the search.
- Find chance varies by model, age, and whether the car was auctioned in Japan. We do not warrant a find.
- Refunds for this product are stated in the refund policy (95% if nothing is located after the search).
Acceptable use
You agree not to resell, scrape, or bulk-download reports, or to use the service for unlawful purposes. Report links are for the purchasing customer's use.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SheetJP is not liable for any purchase decision made on the basis of a report, archive extract, or free tool, or for any indirect or consequential loss. Our total liability for a paid order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
