- Payment data — processed by Stripe. We do not store your card details.
- Usage data — basic analytics and your IP address, to operate and secure the site.
How we use it
- To deliver your report and email you the link.
- To provide support and respond to enquiries.
- To detect fraud and keep the service secure.
Sharing
We share the chassis number with our auction-data provider to retrieve your report, and payment information with Stripe to process your order. We do not sell your personal data.
Retention
Report links remain active for 90 days. We retain order records as required for accounting and legal purposes.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by emailing support@sheetjp.com.
